We spend too much time worrying about the past and what we cannot change or anxiously anticipating the future that may not happen. We forfeit the present and don’t notice the beauty of the world unfolding around us.
In all honesty if you focus on this present moment – how are you feeling? Calm? Content? When you think about the past/future, how do you feel? Anxious? Angry? Sad? Our present is what we can control, wake up and make your present meaningful.
